Businesses and promoters are responsible for truthful product representations, lawful marketing practices, and appropriate advertising disclosures required by applicable law or platform policies.

6. Commissions, payouts, refunds, and eligibility

Commissions apply only to agreed, tracked, and eligible transactions as defined by applicable program terms. Payout timing, reversals, and refund effects depend on the governing agreement and available integrations.

7. Feature availability and no guarantees

Some features may be unavailable, delayed, changed, or removed. CreatorSpot does not guarantee uninterrupted functionality, specific outcomes, guaranteed payments, or guaranteed earnings.

8. Service limitations and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, service is provided with practical limitations. Liability terms should be interpreted under applicable law and do not create a universal waiver of rights.

9. Suspension or termination

CreatorSpot may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, security risk, legal requirements, or operational reasons, with notice where reasonably practicable.
